Refund and Exchange Policy
The official website of Epolymer Plastic Group Limited. (hereinafter referred to as “Epolymer”) is responsible for interpreting the terms of refunds and exchanges.
Our refund and return policy is as follows:
1. Buyers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods.
2. Returns are not accepted for orders where samples have been tested and confirmed as qualified.
– Orders exceeding the 7-day return/exchange period.
– Goods listed in orders with tested and confirmed samples cannot be traced or returned.
3. Discounted goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Goods with quality issues are eligible for refunds or exchanges.
5. Ownership of goods: Before the buyer confirms receipt, ownership belongs to Epolymer, and we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
6. If the buyer disputes product quality or other issues, please contact us within the 7-day return/exchange period.
7. After acceptance by the buyer, any quality issues arising from products manufactured using the ordered goods shall be the buyer’s responsibility.Epolymer only provides refund/exchange services for the goods sold.
8. To qualify for a return, goods must:
– Be unused and in the same condition as received.
– Include the original packaging.
9. Proof of delivery or purchase (e.g., bill of lading, shipping order, insurance policy, delivery note, courier receipt, etc.) is required for returns.
10. Do not return goods directly to the original manufacturer.
11. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you via email of the status and refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 days to the original payment method.
12. Delayed refunds:
– If the refund is not received, first check your bank account.
– Bank processing may take time. If the issue persists, contact us.
13. Shipping methods:
– Air freight is not accepted for deliveries or returns; only sea, rail, or road transport is supported.
– If air freight was requested by the buyer, its cost will not be refunded during returns.
– Return address: Shenzhen, China. Buyers bear all shipping costs.
– Epolymer does not cover any return shipping fees (including air, sea, rail, or road transport).
– For high-value items, use traceable shipping or purchase transport insurance.
14. Duties and taxes:
– Import duties and VAT incurred during returns are borne by respective parties.
– Epolymer only refunds the product cost, not duties or taxes.
