CYCOLOY HCX1640 a PC+ABS blend specially developed for medical devices and pharmaceutical applications requiring improved mechanical performance . It combines good flow with excellent impact and low temperature ductility.
CYCOLOY CM6140 (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, non chlorinated/brominated mineral-filled flame retardant grade. It features high modulus, good flow, ductility and low warpage. It has a UL94 V0 at 0.8mm and 5VB at 1.5mm flame rating and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.
CYCOLOY CM6210 (PC/ABS) blend is a high impact, non chlorinated/brominated mineral filled flame retardant grade that can be injection molded or extruded. It has an MVR (300°C/1.2kg) of 8 and a UL94 V0 at 1.5mm flame rating.
CYCOLOY CM6220 resin is a mineral filled modified PC blend featuring of high modulus (6GPa), good flow and ductility, low warpage. It is of non-Br & non-Cl flame retardant systems intended to meet thin wall flame resistance and various environmental requirements.
CYCOLOY CP8320 is a (PC+ABS). CYCOLOY CP8320 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used for automotive applications. Complies with UL 94 V0 flame rating.
CYCOLOY CE3510 (PC/ABS) blend is a high impact, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade that can be injection molded or extruded. It has an MVR (260°C/5kg) of 8 and a UL94 V0 at 1.5mm flame rating.
Overview:
Cycoloy resins are amorphous PC/ABS blends which combine the most desirable properties of both resins; the excellent processibility of ABS and the superior mechanical properties and heat resistance of polycarbonate. Impact is maintained down to -30°C while heat resistance can be in the range of 95°C -140°C (Vicat B120).
