CYCOLOY CY5025 (PC/ABS) resin is a standard grade that can be injection molded. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC/ABS has a UL V0 & 5VB flame rating. CYCOLOY CY5025 resin is a general purpose resin that is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of thin wall applications.

CYCOLOY CY6110 (PC/ABS) blend is an impact modified, high flow injection moldable, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It features good hydrostability and has a UL94 V0 at 1.5mm and 5VB at 2.5mm flame rating.
CYCOLOY CY6120 Non-chlorinated and non-brominated flame retardant PC/ABS featuring good flow and impact properties. UL-94 V0 listed at 1.2mm intended for various thin wall applications.
CYCOLOY CY6310 (PC/ABS) blend is an impact modified, high flow and heat resistant, injection moldable, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0 at 1.5mm, 5VA at 2.9 and 5VB at 2.3mm flame rating. This grade is an excellent candidate for a variety of large size applications.
CYCOLOY CY6414 is an impact modified PC blend, medium flow and high heat resistant, injection moldable, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0 at 1.2mm and 5VB at 2.5mm flame rating.
CYCOLOY Resin CY8630 is a (PC+ABS). CYCOLOY Resin CY8630 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used for automotive applications.
CYCOLOY CS9610 (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable low smoke, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has good mechanical and impact properties and has a UL94 V0 at 2.0mm and 5VB at 2.0mm flame rating.
Overview:
Cycoloy resins are amorphous PC/ABS blends which combine the most desirable properties of both resins; the excellent processibility of ABS and the superior mechanical properties and heat resistance of polycarbonate. Impact is maintained down to -30°C while heat resistance can be in the range of 95°C -140°C (Vicat B120).
